Driver's Education

Our next 36-hour Driver's Education class begin on  September 7, 2010 thru September 26, 2010.  Please call to register.
 
We offer professional instructors and the latest technology to teach the 36-hour Driver Education course required for those under the age of 19 to receive their Driver's License. Driver's Education must be completed before Behind-The-Wheel Training can begin.
 
The classroom course includes:

• Lectures
• Guest speakers
• Workbook activities
• Demonstrations, including Drunk Busters (driving goggles)
• Slide presentations
• Magnetic traffic board to illustrate risky situations

Driver's Education Course cost: $225.00 We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard for Driver's Education classes. The next 36-hour Driver's Education class will begin on September 7, 2010 thru September 26, 2010.  Please call to register. 

Behind-The-Wheel Training
The 14 session course consists of seven hours driving and seven hours observing. Basic driving maneuvers and skills will be demonstrated from low density driving situations to interstate driving.
 
Prior to Behind-the-Wheel training, students under 19 years of age must:

• Complete Driver's Education (see above)
• Hold a valid Learner's Permit

Behind-the-Wheel Training cost: $275.00.

Adult training $45 per session.

Re-examination course (14 In-car sessions) costs: $500.00

We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard for Behind-the-Wheel training.

Directions to Our Facility
 
From Blacksburg:

• Take the Blacksburg/Route 460 East bypass to Christiansburg, as if you were going to I-81.
• Take Exit 2 to Christiansburg, which is the last exit before the interstate.
• Turn right at bottom of ramp onto Roanoke Street.
• Go about 150 yards, turn left into the parking lot. You'll see Long John Silver's on the left as you enter the parking lot. The Event Center is located in the same complex.

From Christiansburg:
 

• We are located at 1655 Roanoke Street, Suite E - in the same complex as the Event Center.
• This is across from Food Lion.
